We started this blog to share our travels and inspire other families and individuals to get out of their comfort zones! We noticed that most digital nomad resources and websites make it seem like you have to be a millionaire to work from anywhere in the world.

If you work full time online, you can probably travel! There are affordable flights and accommodations for tons of beautiful, educational and interesting locales! You just need to know what to look for, how to get the best prices and employ some proven strategies to live your best life.

We’ve been living and working remotely for over 3 years! Recently, we started traveling more and noticed the resources for “regular” people and families are severely lacking. That’s why we are sharing our experiences and tips/tricks along the way!

Why read our blog when there are tons of others?

If you’re a family (or even single) and want to travel but worry you can’t afford it or aren’t sure how the logistics work without using a firm to set up your plans, then this is the place for you!

Most other Digital Nomad resources will tell you that the average cost of living all over the world is much higher than it should be. They calculate based on full price hotel rooms and apartments which is literally what you don’t do! They also assume you want to use a co-working location or travel in a group with other nomads. This isn’t always true!

We aren’t rich, we don’t use travel agencies and we have no set plans! We book cheap tickets and find beautiful places to stay for huge discounts by shear ingenuity and know how. And, we have unforgettable experiences! You can, too!
